M\u00c3\u00aame si selon certains elle fait des miracles, il est important de se renseigner comme il se doit avant de s\u00e2\u20ac\u2122y lancer corps et \u00c3\u00a2me. Notons que le gluten n\u00e2\u20ac\u2122est, \u00c3\u00a0 la base, pas mauvais. Malgr\u00c3\u00a9 le fait qu\u00e2\u20ac\u2122il n\u00e2\u20ac\u2122est souvent pas facile \u00c3\u00a0 dig\u00c3\u00a9rer, l\u00e2\u20ac\u2122enlever totalement de son alimentation alors que nous le tol\u00c3\u00a9rons peut avoir des effets n\u00c3\u00a9gatifs. Comme pour ceux et celles qui d\u00c3\u00a9sirent adopter un r\u00c3\u00a9gime v\u00c3\u00a9g\u00c3\u00a9tarien ou v\u00c3\u00a9g\u00c3\u00a9talien, il faut penser \u00c3\u00a0 aller chercher ailleurs les nutriments que l\u00e2\u20ac\u2122on perd en \u00c3\u00a9liminant certains aliments.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"text_exposed_show\"><br \/>\nIl est vrai que sans \u00c3\u00aatre intol\u00c3\u00a9rants, plusieurs personnes ont senti un changement dans leur sant\u00c3\u00a9 et leur mode de vie depuis qu\u00e2\u20ac\u2122ils ont entrepris de couper les aliments contenant du gluten. Il est toutefois fortement recommand\u00c3\u00a9 de se r\u00c3\u00a9f\u00c3\u00a9rer \u00c3\u00a0 une nutritionniste pour s\u00e2\u20ac\u2122assurer une alimentation \u00c3\u00a9quilibr\u00c3\u00a9e, sans carence nutritionnelle lors d\u00e2\u20ac\u2122un changement de r\u00c3\u00a9gime.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"text_exposed_show\"><br \/>\nEnfin, voici une liste (non-exhaustive) d\u00e2\u20ac\u2122aliments sans gluten : viandes grill\u00c3\u00a9es, l\u00c3\u00a9gumes frais et secs, fruits, poisson, \u00c5\u201cufs, lait, ma\u00c3\u00afs, riz, sarrasin, pomme de terre et soja.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"text_exposed_show\"><br \/>\nPour conclure, m\u00c3\u00aame si certains vous diront le contraire, le gluten n\u00e2\u20ac\u2122est pas, pour la majeure partie de la population, un ennemi en soi. Il est seulement important de rester attentif aux signaux que son corps nous envoie et de consulter en cas de doute, de questionnement.
