(Pour vous aider, voici une liste (non-exhaustive)\u00c2\u00a0: panais, potiron, endive, patate douce, kale, \u00c3\u00a9pinard, artichaut, courgette, petits pois, fenouil, citrouille, tomate, aubergine.)<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h1>10 Trucs sant\u00c3\u00a9<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" size-full wp-image-593 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/www.marecettesante.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/logo-defi21jours.png\" alt=\"logo-defi21jours\" width=\"149\" height=\"149\" \/><\/h1>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\n<h4>Mettez-les \u00c3\u00a0 la vue!<\/h4>\n<p>(On connait le fameux bol de fruits. Ajoutons alors un bol de l\u00c3\u00a9gumes \u00c3\u00a0 ses c\u00c3\u00b4t\u00c3\u00a9s, tout en faisant attention de bien choisir ses l\u00c3\u00a9gumes, certains supportant moins bien la chaleur que d\u00e2\u20ac\u2122autres.)<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>Pr\u00c3\u00a9parez-les d\u00e2\u20ac\u2122avance.<\/h4>\n<p>(Lorsque nous arrivons de l\u00e2\u20ac\u2122\u00c3\u00a9picerie, prenons tout de suite quelques minutes pour couper les l\u00c3\u00a9gumes en crudit\u00c3\u00a9s.)<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>Consommez des l\u00c3\u00a9gumes avant les repas.<\/h4>\n<p>(On se fait une belle salade ou une grosse assiette de crudit\u00c3\u00a9s avant chaque repas de la journ\u00c3\u00a9e. Sans compter tous les bons nutriments absorb\u00c3\u00a9s, cette entr\u00c3\u00a9e diminuera notre faim pour le plat principal.)<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>Pensez aux couleurs!<\/h4>\n<p>(N\u00e2\u20ac\u2122oublions pas que plus il y a de couleurs dans une assiette, mieux notre sant\u00c3\u00a9 se portera. On garni alors notre assiette de plusieurs l\u00c3\u00a9gumes plut\u00c3\u00b4t que d\u00e2\u20ac\u2122un seul.)<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>Bonifiez vos recettes.<\/h4>\n<p>(Plut\u00c3\u00b4t que de suivre \u00c3\u00a0 la lettre des recettes, on se permet de doubler la quantit\u00c3\u00a9 de l\u00c3\u00a9gumes, de changer un l\u00c3\u00a9gume pour un autre qu\u00e2\u20ac\u2122on pr\u00c3\u00a9f\u00c3\u00a8re ou carr\u00c3\u00a9ment d\u00e2\u20ac\u2122ajouter des l\u00c3\u00a9gumes \u00c3\u00a0 une sauce, des p\u00c3\u00a2tes ou un mijot\u00c3\u00a9.)<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>Aidez-vous!<\/h4>\n<p>(Si le temps nous manque, nous pouvons toujours acheter des l\u00c3\u00a9gumes d\u00c3\u00a9j\u00c3\u00a0 coup\u00c3\u00a9s \u00c3\u00a0 l\u00e2\u20ac\u2122\u00c3\u00a9picerie.)<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>Emportez-en avec vous.<\/h4>\n<p>(Comme collation, on opte pour un petit sac de crudit\u00c3\u00a9s pr\u00c3\u00a9par\u00c3\u00a9es \u00c3\u00a0 l\u00e2\u20ac\u2122avance.)<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>Faites-vous plaisir!<\/h4>\n<p>(Tel l\u00c3\u00a9gume ne nous inspire pas?
