Le champignon cremini est une excellente source de cuivre, aidant \u00c3\u00a0 la r\u00c3\u00a9paration des tissus. Les autres nutriments contenus dans ce l\u00c3\u00a9gume sont le s\u00c3\u00a9l\u00c3\u00a9nium, le phosphore et les vitamines B2, B3, D et K. Comme fait int\u00c3\u00a9ressant\u00c2\u00a0: le champignon, ne produisant pas de chlorophylle, se nourrit des nutriments provenant d\u00e2\u20ac\u2122organismes en d\u00c3\u00a9composition.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Pr\u00c3\u00a9paration<\/h4>\n<p>Les champignons m\u00c3\u00a9ritent un bon nettoyage, mais il faut faire attention \u00c3\u00a0 ne pas les laisser tremper dans l\u00e2\u20ac\u2122eau, car ils l\u00e2\u20ac\u2122absorberaient.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Recette<\/h4>\n<h2>Cr\u00c3\u00aapes aux champignons<\/h2>\n<p>Portions\u00c2\u00a0:<strong> 2<\/strong> \/ Pr\u00c3\u00a9paration\u00c2\u00a0: <strong>20 minutes<\/strong> \/ Cuisson\u00c2\u00a0:<strong> 35 minutes<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Ingr\u00c3\u00a9dients<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Pour les cr\u00c3\u00aapes<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 tasse et 1\/4 de farine<\/li>\n<li>3 \u00c5\u201cufs<\/li>\n<li>1 c. \u00c3\u00a0 soupe d\u00e2\u20ac\u2122huile d\u00e2\u20ac\u2122olive<\/li>\n<li>1 tasse de lait<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Pour la garniture<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 contenant de 227g de champignons<\/li>\n<li>1\/3 d\u00e2\u20ac\u2122un paquet de 250 g de fromage \u00c3\u00a0 la cr\u00c3\u00a8me<\/li>\n<li>1 c. \u00c3\u00a0 th\u00c3\u00a9 de persil<\/li>\n<li>1 c. \u00c3\u00a0 th\u00c3\u00a9 de ciboulette<\/li>\n<li>2 c. \u00c3\u00a0 soupe de beurre<\/li>\n<li>\u00c2\u00bd oignon hach\u00c3\u00a9<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">\u00c3\u2030tapes<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>M\u00c3\u00a9langer tous les ingr\u00c3\u00a9dients pour les cr\u00c3\u00aapes dans un grand bol, jusqu\u00e2\u20ac\u2122\u00c3\u00a0 ce que la p\u00c3\u00a2te soit uniforme et encore plut\u00c3\u00b4t liquide.<\/li>\n<li>Faire cuire les cr\u00c3\u00aapes et les laisser dans une assiette.<\/li>\n<li>Pr\u00c3\u00a9chauffer le four (180 C).<\/li>\n<li>Dans une po\u00c3\u00aale, faire fondre le beurre \u00c3\u00a0 feu moyen. Cuire les champignons et l\u00e2\u20ac\u2122oignon de 4 \u00c3\u00a0 5 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Dans un bol, m\u00c3\u00a9langer le fromage \u00c3\u00a0 la cr\u00c3\u00a8me avec les champignons, l\u00e2\u20ac\u2122oignon et les fines herbes.<\/li>\n<li>R\u00c3\u00a9partir le m\u00c3\u00a9lange sur les cr\u00c3\u00aapes, puis superposer les cr\u00c3\u00aapes.
