Lors de la mastication du rutabaga, les glucosinolates deviennent actifs et ceux-ci participent \u00c3\u00a0 la limitation du d\u00c3\u00a9veloppement du cancer. Ce l\u00c3\u00a9gume contient aussi des antioxydants, mais il faut aller les chercher dans ses feuilles. Autrement, nous retrouvons du phosphore, du magn\u00c3\u00a9sium, du cuivre, du fer, du mangan\u00c3\u00a8se, du potassium et plusieurs vitamines dans ce l\u00c3\u00a9gume autrefois associ\u00c3\u00a9 \u00c3\u00a0 la pauvret\u00c3\u00a9. Enfin, il est un bon diur\u00c3\u00a9tique et pectoral.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Pr\u00c3\u00a9paration<\/h4>\n<p>Pr\u00c3\u00a9par\u00c3\u00a9 comme la pomme de terre, le navet peut \u00c3\u00aatre pel\u00c3\u00a9 ou non et peut prendre mille et une forme apr\u00c3\u00a8s un bon nettoyage.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Recette<\/h4>\n<h2>Potage de navet et poires<\/h2>\n<p>Portions\u00c2\u00a0: <strong>4<\/strong> \/ Pr\u00c3\u00a9paration\u00c2\u00a0: <strong>10 minutes<\/strong> \/ Cuisson\u00c2\u00a0: <strong>35 minutes<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Ingr\u00c3\u00a9dients<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 c. \u00c3\u00a0 soupe d\u00e2\u20ac\u2122huile d\u00e2\u20ac\u2122olive<\/li>\n<li>2 \u00c3\u00a9chalotes fran\u00c3\u00a7aises hach\u00c3\u00a9es<\/li>\n<li>1 tasse (250 ml) de navet pel\u00c3\u00a9, en d\u00c3\u00a9s<\/li>\n<li>1 tasse (250 ml) de pommes de terre pel\u00c3\u00a9es, en d\u00c3\u00a9s (environ 2 pommes de terre)<\/li>\n<li>4 tasses (1 litre) de bouillon de poulet<\/li>\n<li>1 tasse (250 ml) de poires pel\u00c3\u00a9es, en d\u00c3\u00a9s<\/li>\n<li>2 c. \u00c3\u00a0 soupe de ciboulette hach\u00c3\u00a9e<\/li>\n<li>Sel et poivre au go\u00c3\u00bbt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">\u00c3\u2030tapes<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Dans une grande casserole, chauffer l\u00e2\u20ac\u2122huile \u00c3\u00a0 feu moyen-vif. Ajouter les \u00c3\u00a9chalotes et faire revenir pendant 2 minutes ou jusqu\u00e2\u20ac\u2122\u00c3\u00a0 ce qu\u00e2\u20ac\u2122elles deviennent translucides.<\/li>\n<li>Ajouter le navet et les pommes de terre. Remuer pour enrober. Ajouter le bouillon de poulet et porter \u00c3\u00a0 \u00c3\u00a9bullition \u00c3\u00a0 feu vif. Couvrir, baisser le feu \u00c3\u00a0 moyen-doux et laisser mijoter pendant 20 minutes. Ajouter les poires et poursuivre la cuisson pendant environ 15 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>R\u00c3\u00a9duire en pur\u00c3\u00a9e \u00c3\u00a0 l\u00e2\u20ac\u2122aide d\u00e2\u20ac\u2122un m\u00c3\u00a9langeur jusqu\u00e2\u20ac\u2122\u00c3\u00a0 l\u00e2\u20ac\u2122obtention d\u00e2\u20ac\u2122une consistance lisse.
