Il est aussi riche en lut\u00c3\u00a9ines et z\u00c3\u00a9axanthines, mol\u00c3\u00a9cules bonnes pour la sant\u00c3\u00a9 de l\u00e2\u20ac\u2122\u00c5\u201cil. Quelques gouttes d\u00e2\u20ac\u2122huile d\u00e2\u20ac\u2122olive peuvent \u00c3\u00aatre \u00c3\u00a9tendues sur sa surface.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Recette<\/h4>\n<h2>Courge spaghetti aux tomates et aux olives<\/h2>\n<p>Portions\u00c2\u00a0: <strong>4<\/strong> \/ Pr\u00c3\u00a9paration\u00c2\u00a0: <strong>20 minutes<\/strong> \/ Cuisson\u00c2\u00a0: <strong>1 heure<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Ingr\u00c3\u00a9dients<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 courge spaghetti d\u00e2\u20ac\u2122environ 3 l.<\/li>\n<li>\u00c2\u00bc de tasse (60 ml) d\u00e2\u20ac\u2122huile d\u00e2\u20ac\u2122olive<\/li>\n<li>2 oignons \u00c3\u00a9minc\u00c3\u00a9s<\/li>\n<li>1 gousse d\u00e2\u20ac\u2122ail hach\u00c3\u00a9e finement<\/li>\n<li>\u00c2\u00bd tasse (125 ml) de bouillon de poulet<\/li>\n<li>2 tasses (500 ml) de tomates cerise tranch\u00c3\u00a9es en deux<\/li>\n<li>\u00c2\u00bc de tasse (60 ml) d\u00e2\u20ac\u2122olives noires ou vertes compl\u00c3\u00a8tes ou \u00c3\u00a9minc\u00c3\u00a9es<\/li>\n<li>\u00c2\u00be de tasse (180 ml) de fromage feta en d\u00c3\u00a9s<\/li>\n<li>\u00c2\u00bc de tasse (60 ml) de basilic frais cisel\u00c3\u00a9<\/li>\n<li>Sel et poivre au go\u00c3\u00bbt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">\u00c3\u2030tapes<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Placer la grille au centre du four. Pr\u00c3\u00a9chauffer le four \u00c3\u00a0 190 C (375 F).<\/li>\n<li>Couper la courge en deux sur la longueur et retirer les graines. Saler et poivrer. Placer sur une plaque, partie coup\u00c3\u00a9e vers le bas, et cuire de 40 minutes \u00c3\u00a0 1 heure ou jusqu\u00e2\u20ac\u2122\u00c3\u00a0 ce que la courge soit tendre \u00c3\u00a0 la pointe d\u00e2\u20ac\u2122un couteau.<\/li>\n<li>Apr\u00c3\u00a8s une vingtaine minutes de cuisson, dans une po\u00c3\u00aale, dorer les oignons avec 2 c. \u00c3\u00a0 soupe d\u00e2\u20ac\u2122huile. Saler et poivrer. Ajouter l\u00e2\u20ac\u2122ail et cuire 1 minute. Ajouter le bouillon, les tomates et les olives. Couvrir et laisser mijoter environ 5 minutes. Retirer du feu et ajouter le fromage et le basilic.<\/li>\n<li>Retirer les courges du four. Effilocher la chair \u00c3\u00a0 l\u00e2\u20ac\u2122aide d\u00e2\u20ac\u2122une fourchette et la mettre dans un bol. Ajouter le reste d\u00e2\u20ac\u2122huile d\u00e2\u20ac\u2122olive.
