Les poivrons jaune et rouge sont une tr\u00c3\u00a8s bonne source de vitamines C. Riche aussi en vitamines A, le cousin du piment aide donc \u00c3\u00a0 une bonne croissance des os, \u00c3\u00a0 maintenir une peau saine et \u00c3\u00a0 prot\u00c3\u00a9ger l\u00e2\u20ac\u2122organisme de diff\u00c3\u00a9rentes infections. Le poivron vert contient beaucoup de vitamines K, vitamine n\u00c3\u00a9cessaire \u00c3\u00a0 la coagulation du sang.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Pr\u00c3\u00a9paration<\/h4>\n<p>Le poivron fait une tr\u00c3\u00a8s bonne crudit\u00c3\u00a9. Autrement, il peut \u00c3\u00aatre saut\u00c3\u00a9 dans une po\u00c3\u00aale, cuit \u00c3\u00a0 la vapeur, cuit au four ou bouilli. C\u00e2\u20ac\u2122est un l\u00c3\u00a9gume tr\u00c3\u00a8s polyvalent.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Recette<\/h4>\n<h2>Chili v\u00c3\u00a9g\u00c3\u00a9tarien<\/h2>\n<p>Portions\u00c2\u00a0: <strong>2<\/strong> \/ Pr\u00c3\u00a9paration\u00c2\u00a0: <strong>15 minutes<\/strong> \/ Cuisson\u00c2\u00a0: <strong>20 minutes<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Ingr\u00c3\u00a9dients<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 bloc de tofu en petits d\u00c3\u00a9s<\/li>\n<li>\u00c2\u00bd canne de sauce tomate<\/li>\n<li>\u00c2\u00bd oignon \u00c3\u00a9minc\u00c3\u00a9<\/li>\n<li>\u00c2\u00bd poivron orange<\/li>\n<li>\u00c2\u00bd poivron rouge<\/li>\n<li>\u00c2\u00bd poivron vert<\/li>\n<li>5 c. \u00c3\u00a0 soupe de poudre de chili<\/li>\n<li>3 c. \u00c3\u00a0 soupe d\u00e2\u20ac\u2122huile d\u00e2\u20ac\u2122olive<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">\u00c3\u2030tapes<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Couper tous les ingr\u00c3\u00a9dients.<\/li>\n<li>Dans une po\u00c3\u00aale chaude, mettre l\u00e2\u20ac\u2122huile d\u00e2\u20ac\u2122olive, les poivrons et l\u00e2\u20ac\u2122oignon. Faire revenir 5 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Ajouter la sauce tomate. M\u00c3\u00a9langer et laisser mijoter 5 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Ajouter finalement le tofu et la poudre de chili.
