Ayant \u00c3\u00a9t\u00c3\u00a9 \u00c3\u00a0 son origine blanche, la carotte est aussi reconnue pour ses antioxydants et ses vitamines A, B6 et K, pour ne nommer que celles-l\u00c3\u00a0. Il est \u00c3\u00a0 noter que plus la carotte est fonc\u00c3\u00a9e, plus elle contiendra de vitamines C. Enfin des \u00c3\u00a9tudes ont d\u00c3\u00a9montr\u00c3\u00a9 que ce l\u00c3\u00a9gume pourrait pr\u00c3\u00a9venir des cancers, surtout celui du poumon, et des maladies cardio-vasculaires.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Pr\u00c3\u00a9paration<\/h4>\n<p>La carotte a besoin d\u00e2\u20ac\u2122un bon nettoyage sous l\u00e2\u20ac\u2122eau et d\u00e2\u20ac\u2122\u00c3\u00aatre pel\u00c3\u00a9e. Les extr\u00c3\u00a9mit\u00c3\u00a9s devront \u00c3\u00aatre coup\u00c3\u00a9es.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Recette<\/h4>\n<h2>Croquettes de carottes<\/h2>\n<p>Portions\u00c2\u00a0: <strong>4<\/strong> \/ Pr\u00c3\u00a9paration\u00c2\u00a0: <strong>20 minutes<\/strong> \/ Cuisson\u00c2\u00a0: <strong>12 minutes<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Ingr\u00c3\u00a9dients<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>4 grosses carottes r\u00c3\u00a2p\u00c3\u00a9es<\/li>\n<li>\u00c2\u00bd poivron en d\u00c3\u00a9s<\/li>\n<li>\u00c2\u00bd courgette r\u00c3\u00a2p\u00c3\u00a9e<\/li>\n<li>1 c. \u00c3\u00a0 soupe de persil hach\u00c3\u00a9<\/li>\n<li>1 c. \u00c3\u00a0 th\u00c3\u00a9 de curry<\/li>\n<li>4 \u00c5\u201cufs<\/li>\n<li>5 c. \u00c3\u00a0 soupe de farine<\/li>\n<li>5 c. \u00c3\u00a0 soupe d\u00e2\u20ac\u2122huile d\u00e2\u20ac\u2122olive<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">\u00c3\u2030tapes<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Peler les carottes et les r\u00c3\u00a2per. Couper le demi-poivron en petits d\u00c3\u00a9s. \u00c3\u2030plucher et r\u00c3\u00a2per la demi-courgette.<\/li>\n<li>Dans une po\u00c3\u00aale, faire revenir les l\u00c3\u00a9gumes et l\u00e2\u20ac\u2122ail.<\/li>\n<li>Pendant ce temps, casser les \u00c5\u201cufs dans un saladier. Ajouter le persil, le curry et la farine.<\/li>\n<li>Quand le m\u00c3\u00a9lange est tendre, soit environ 10 minutes plus tard, ajouter les l\u00c3\u00a9gumes et l\u00e2\u20ac\u2122ail au saladier.<\/li>\n<li>Faire chauffer l\u00e2\u20ac\u2122huile d\u00e2\u20ac\u2122olive dans une po\u00c3\u00aale. Puis, \u00c3\u00a0 l\u00e2\u20ac\u2122aide d\u00e2\u20ac\u2122une cuiller, verser le quart du m\u00c3\u00a9lange dans la po\u00c3\u00aale, en gardant une forme ovale.
