Un bon nettoyage \u00c3\u00a0 l\u00e2\u20ac\u2122eau ti\u00c3\u00a8de, suivi d\u00e2\u20ac\u2122un essorage fera l\u00e2\u20ac\u2122affaire.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Recette<\/h4>\n<h2>Linguines \u00c3\u00a0 la bette \u00c3\u00a0 carde et au poulet<\/h2>\n<p>Portions\u00c2\u00a0: <strong>4<\/strong> \/ Pr\u00c3\u00a9paration\u00c2\u00a0: <strong>15 minutes<\/strong> \/ Cuisson\u00c2\u00a0: <strong>30 minutes<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Ingr\u00c3\u00a9dients<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Quelques feuilles de basilic frais, hach\u00c3\u00a9es<\/li>\n<li>3 c. \u00c3\u00a0 soupe (45 ml) de pesto (ou plus, selon go\u00c3\u00bbt d\u00c3\u00a9sir\u00c3\u00a9)<\/li>\n<li>4 tomates<\/li>\n<li>3 tasses (750 ml) de bette \u00c3\u00a0 carde<\/li>\n<li>1lb (450 g) de poitrine de poulet<\/li>\n<li>2 gousses d\u00e2\u20ac\u2122ail<\/li>\n<li>2 c. \u00c3\u00a0 soupe (30 ml) d\u00e2\u20ac\u2122huile d\u00e2\u20ac\u2122olive<\/li>\n<li>160 g de linguines<\/li>\n<li>Sel et poivre, au go\u00c3\u00bbt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">\u00c3\u2030tapes<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Cuire les p\u00c3\u00a2tes (al dente) dans une casserole d\u00e2\u20ac\u2122eau bouillante sal\u00c3\u00a9e.<\/li>\n<li>Pendant ce temps, dans un po\u00c3\u00aalon, chauffer l\u00e2\u20ac\u2122huile et faire revenir l\u00e2\u20ac\u2122ail 1 \u00c3\u00a0 2 minutes. Ajouter le poulet et le cuire pendant environ 12 minutes, pour qu\u00e2\u20ac\u2122il devienne dor\u00c3\u00a9.<\/li>\n<li>Ajouter la bette \u00c3\u00a0 carde pr\u00c3\u00a9alablement tranch\u00c3\u00a9e et cuire pendant 3 \u00c3\u00a0 4 minutes. Ajouter les tomates en fin de cuisson. Int\u00c3\u00a9grer les p\u00c3\u00a2tes et le pesto et m\u00c3\u00a9langer le tout.<\/li>\n<li>Parsemer de basilic. Saler et poivrer au go\u00c3\u00bbt.
