Pour essorer les feuilles, une essoreuse \u00c3\u00a0 salade peut \u00c3\u00aatre utilis\u00c3\u00a9e, sinon des essuie-tout feront l\u00e2\u20ac\u2122affaire.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Recette<\/h4>\n<h2><em>Rapini \u00c3\u00a0 l\u00e2\u20ac\u2122ail<\/em><\/h2>\n<p>Portions\u00c2\u00a0: <strong>4<\/strong> \/ Pr\u00c3\u00a9paration\u00c2\u00a0: <strong>15 minutes<\/strong> \/ Cuisson\u00c2\u00a0: <strong>8 minutes<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Ingr\u00c3\u00a9dients<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 botte de rapini<\/li>\n<li>3 c. \u00c3\u00a0 table (45 ml) d\u00e2\u20ac\u2122huile d\u00e2\u20ac\u2122olive<\/li>\n<li>2 gousses d\u00e2\u20ac\u2122ail \u00c3\u00a9minc\u00c3\u00a9es<\/li>\n<li>1 pinc\u00c3\u00a9e de sel<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">\u00c3\u2030tapes<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Couper la base des tiges de rapini d\u00e2\u20ac\u2122environ 1 cm.<\/li>\n<li>Dans une grande casserole d\u00e2\u20ac\u2122eau bouillante sal\u00c3\u00a9e, cuire le rapini \u00c3\u00a0 couvert pendant environ 6 minutes ou jusqu\u00e2\u20ac\u2122\u00c3\u00a0 ce que les tiges soit tendres.<\/li>\n<li>\u00c3\u2030goutter et \u00c3\u00a9ponger avec des essuie-tout.<\/li>\n<li>Dans un po\u00c3\u00aalon, chauffer l\u00e2\u20ac\u2122huile \u00c3\u00a0 feu moyen.
