Les flavono\u00c3\u00afdes et les saponines contenues dans le poireau lui conf\u00c3\u00a8reraient un bon r\u00c3\u00b4le dans la diminution du taux de cholest\u00c3\u00a9rol. \u00c3\u2030tant un l\u00c3\u00a9gume contenant peu d\u00e2\u20ac\u2122antioxydants, il reste un bon choix pour ces nombreuses vitamines\u00c2\u00a0(A, B6, B9, C et K) et ses min\u00c3\u00a9raux. Enfin, le poireau est reconnu pour ses propri\u00c3\u00a9t\u00c3\u00a9s diur\u00c3\u00a9tiques, soit qui augmente la production d\u00e2\u20ac\u2122urine.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Pr\u00c3\u00a9paration<\/h4>\n<p>Peler la premi\u00c3\u00a8re couche du poireau, puis couper la racine. La partie verte peut r\u00c3\u00a9serv\u00c3\u00a9e \u00c3\u00a0 la concoction de bouillon.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Recette<\/h4>\n<h2><em>Cari de l\u00c3\u00a9gumes et poireaux<\/em><\/h2>\n<p>Portions\u00c2\u00a0: <strong>4<\/strong> \/ Pr\u00c3\u00a9paration\u00c2\u00a0: <strong>15 minutes<\/strong> \/ Cuisson\u00c2\u00a0: <strong>25 minutes<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Ingr\u00c3\u00a9dients<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>250 gr (3 tasses) de poireaux tranch\u00c3\u00a9s<\/li>\n<li>30 ml (2 c. \u00c3\u00a0 soupe) d\u00e2\u20ac\u2122huile d\u00e2\u20ac\u2122olive<\/li>\n<li>2 gousses d\u00e2\u20ac\u2122ail hach\u00c3\u00a9es<\/li>\n<li>10 ml (1 c. \u00c3\u00a0 th\u00c3\u00a9) de gingembre frais, hach\u00c3\u00a9 finement<\/li>\n<li>15 ml (1 c. \u00c3\u00a0 soupe) de cari en poudre<\/li>\n<li>4 carottes, coup\u00c3\u00a9es en tron\u00c3\u00a7ons<\/li>\n<li>1 chou-fleur, en petits bouquets<\/li>\n<li>2 poivrons rouges, coup\u00c3\u00a9s en morceaux<\/li>\n<li>2 courgettes, coup\u00c3\u00a9es en tron\u00c3\u00a7ons<\/li>\n<li>398 ml (1 bo\u00c3\u00aete de 14 oz) de lait de coco<\/li>\n<li>540 ml (1 bo\u00c3\u00aete de 19 oz) de lentilles en conserve, rinc\u00c3\u00a9es et \u00c3\u00a9goutt\u00c3\u00a9es<\/li>\n<li>75 ml (1\/3 de tasse) de coriandre fra\u00c3\u00aeche, cisel\u00c3\u00a9e<\/li>\n<li>Sel et poivre, au go\u00c3\u00bbt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">\u00c3\u2030tapes<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Dans une grande casserole, faire revenir les poireaux dans l\u00e2\u20ac\u2122huile d\u00e2\u20ac\u2122olive.<\/li>\n<li>Ajouter l\u00e2\u20ac\u2122ail, le gingembre, le cari et poursuivre la cuisson 1 minute.<\/li>\n<li>Ajouter les carottes, les poivrons, le chou-fleur et le lait de coco.<\/li>\n<li>Porter \u00c3\u00a0 \u00c3\u00a9bullition, puis r\u00c3\u00a9duire le feu et laisser mijoter 15 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Ajouter les courgettes et poursuivre la cuisson 7 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Ajouter enfin les lentilles et la coriandre.
