Il existe une multitude de fa\u00c3\u00a7on de cuisiner sans avoir \u00c3\u00a0 ajouter de l&rsquo;huile, du beurre ou un produit anti-adh\u00c3\u00a9sif.<\/p>\n<h2>Liste de techniques de cuisson sans gras ajout\u00c3\u00a9 :<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><b>\u00c3\u20ac la vapeur :<\/b> utiliser une <strong>marguerite<\/strong> ou un <strong>panier en bambou<\/strong> d\u00c3\u00a9poser dans un chaudron avec un peu d&rsquo;eau dans le fond. Cuisson gr\u00c3\u00a2ce \u00c3\u00a0 la vapeur produite par l&rsquo;eau en \u00c3\u00a9bullition. Tr\u00c3\u00a8s rapide. Les aliments gardent tout leurs nutriments.<\/li>\n<li><b>\u00c3\u20ac l&rsquo;\u00c3\u00a9touff\u00c3\u00a9e ou l&rsquo;\u00c3\u00a9tuv\u00c3\u00a9e : <\/b>mode de cuisson \u00c3\u00a0 basse temp\u00c3\u00a9rature dans un <strong>contenant avec un couvercle herm\u00c3\u00a9tique<\/strong>. Cuisson tr\u00c3\u00a8s lente. Nous y ajoutons pas ou tr\u00c3\u00a8s peu d&rsquo;eau dans le cas de la cuisson \u00c3\u00a0 l&rsquo;\u00c3\u00a9touff\u00c3\u00a9e et jusque sous les aliments pour la cuisson \u00c3\u00a0 l&rsquo;\u00c3\u00a9tuv\u00c3\u00a9e.<\/li>\n<li><b>Avec un peu d&rsquo;eau :<\/b> ajouter un peu d&rsquo;eau pour partir les l\u00c3\u00a9gumes, viandes ou poissons dans un <strong>po\u00c3\u00aalon \u00c3\u00a0 fond de c\u00c3\u00a9ramique<\/strong> ou batterie de cuisine en <strong>acier inoxydable<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><b>Au four : <\/b>dans un <strong>plat de pyrex<\/strong> ou chaudron<b> <\/b>en <strong>acier inoxydable<\/strong>, avec ou sans couvercle. On peut y mettre un peu d&rsquo;eau.<\/li>\n<li><b>En mijot\u00c3\u00a9 : <\/b>cuisson lente au four, sur le feu ou avec une <strong>mijoteuse<\/strong>. Excellent pour les viandes tendres.<b> <\/b>Tr\u00c3\u00a8s semblable \u00c3\u00a0 la cuisson \u00c3\u00a0 l&rsquo;\u00c3\u00a9tuv\u00c3\u00a9e<b>.<\/b><\/li>\n<li><b>\u00c3\u20ac l&rsquo;autocuiseur \/ sous pression : <\/b>les aliments sont mis dans l&rsquo;<strong>autocuiseur<\/strong> avec un peu de liquide. Le contenant est ferm\u00c3\u00a9 herm\u00c3\u00a9tiquement. Aliments cuits \u00c3\u00a0 la vapeur sous pression. Temps de cuisson tr\u00c3\u00a8s rapide.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>R\u00c3\u00a8gle g\u00c3\u00a9n\u00c3\u00a9rale, les l\u00c3\u00a9gumes auront droit \u00c3\u00a0 la <strong>cuisson vapeur<\/strong> avec une marguerite, un panier de bambou, <strong>\u00c3\u00a0 l&rsquo;\u00c3\u00a9touff\u00c3\u00a9e<\/strong> ou au <strong>four<\/strong>. Les poissons et viandes iront <strong>au four sans gras ajout\u00c3\u00a9<\/strong>, seront<strong> cuits en mijot\u00c3\u00a9<\/strong> ou au <strong>po\u00c3\u00aalon de porcelaine<\/strong> avec un peu d&rsquo;eau.<\/p>\n<p>Avec les ann\u00c3\u00a9es, j&rsquo;en suis venue \u00c3\u00a0 \u00c3\u00a9viter d&rsquo;utiliser le papier d&rsquo;aluminium, le micro-onde, les po\u00c3\u00aalons de t\u00c3\u00a9flon ou d&rsquo;aluminium, les ustensiles de plastique ou encore les plaques de silicone lors de la cuisson des aliments.
