Facile \u00c3\u00a0 pr\u00c3\u00a9parer et surtout tr\u00c3\u00a8s nutritive.\u00c2\u00a0<\/i><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Le <strong>kale<\/strong> fait parti de la liste <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">des 10 aliments les plus nutritifs<\/span> de la plan\u00c3\u00a8te. Il est tr\u00c3\u00a8s riche en vitamine K, vitamine A , vitamine C et om\u00c3\u00a9ga-3. \u00c2\u00a0Ce crucif\u00c3\u00a8re regorge aussi\u00c2\u00a0<strong>d&rsquo;antioxydants<\/strong> ce qui lui conf\u00c3\u00a8re une place de choix pour la pr\u00c3\u00a9vention anti-cancer et pour r\u00c3\u00a9duire l&rsquo;inflammation chronique des tissus.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Les b\u00c3\u00a9n\u00c3\u00a9fices\/avantages du kale pour la pr\u00c3\u00a9vention du cancer ont \u00c3\u00a9t\u00c3\u00a9 clairement li\u00c3\u00a9s \u00c3\u00a0 sa concentration inhabituelle de deux types d&rsquo;antioxydants : les carot\u00c3\u00a9no\u00c3\u00afdes (lut\u00c3\u00a9ine et b\u00c3\u00a9ta-carot\u00c3\u00a8ne) et les flavono\u00c3\u00afdes (au moins 45 dont la querc\u00c3\u00a9tine). Ces deux composantes servent aussi \u00c3\u00a0 r\u00c3\u00a9duire le stress oxydatif \u00c3\u00a0 la source de plusieurs probl\u00c3\u00a8mes de sant\u00c3\u00a9 tels que les cataractes, l&rsquo;ath\u00c3\u00a9roscl\u00c3\u00a9rose, plusieurs probl\u00c3\u00a8mes pulmonaires, certaines maladies chroniques et le cancer.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Le kale, les \u00c3\u00a9pinards et l&rsquo;avocat ont un indice glyc\u00c3\u00a9mique tr\u00c3\u00a8s bas, tandis que la poire et les pommes ont leur indice l\u00c3\u00a9g\u00c3\u00a8rement plus \u00c3\u00a9lev\u00c3\u00a9 selon The World&rsquo;s Healthiest Foods.<\/p>\n<p>Pour b\u00c3\u00a9n\u00c3\u00a9ficier pleinement des excellentes valeurs nutritionnelles du kale, il est sugg\u00c3\u00a9r\u00c3\u00a9 de consommer l&rsquo;aliment 2-3 fois par semaine &#8211; 1.5 tasse.
