(temps estim\u00c3\u00a9 environ 15 minutes)<\/p>\n<p>2.\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0 Pendant la cuisson, coupez le fromage feta et les tomates en petit cube et coupez les feuilles de menthe en petits morceaux.<\/p>\n<p>3.\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0 D\u00c3\u00a9posez les feuilles d`\u00c3\u00a9pinards dans un grand bol.<\/p>\n<p>4.\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0 Pr\u00c3\u00a9parer la vinaigrette en m\u00c3\u00a9langeant, le citron, l`huile, le poivre.<\/p>\n<p>5.\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0 Lorsque la cuisson du quinoa est termin\u00c3\u00a9e, veuillez le d\u00c3\u00a9poser sur les \u00c3\u00a9pinards. Vous verrez les \u00c3\u00a9pinards vont se r\u00c3\u00a9chauffer et se ramollir.<\/p>\n<p>6.\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0 M\u00c3\u00a9langer tous les ingr\u00c3\u00a9dients<em>. Go\u00c3\u00bbter et rectifier l\u00e2\u20ac\u2122assaisonnement au besoin.
