Vous pouvez enlever les graines ou<br \/>\nles garder, mais notez que les tomates prendront plus de temps \u00c3\u00a0 s\u00c3\u00a9cher avec<br \/>\nleurs graines.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Option 1 <\/strong>: Placer les tomates sur des treillis de m\u00c3\u00a9tal ou de bambou et les faire s\u00c3\u00a9cher<br \/>\nau soleil \u00c3\u00a0 l`abri des insectes et des pr\u00c3\u00a9dateurs, pendant quelques jour \u00c3\u00a0 une<br \/>\nsemaine. Il faut les rentrer la nuit de mani\u00c3\u00a8re \u00c3\u00a0 ce qu`elles ne se couvrent<br \/>\npas de ros\u00c3\u00a9e. <strong>Option 2<\/strong> : Placer les tomates sur un plateau du *d\u00c3\u00a9shydrateur (je vous recommande fortement celui<br \/>\nde marque Excalibur) et laisser s\u00c3\u00a9cher \u00c3\u00a0 55 degr\u00c3\u00a9s celcius (110 f) pendant 10 \u00c3\u00a0<br \/>\n12 heures.<\/li>\n<li>Une fois les tomates s\u00c3\u00a9ch\u00c3\u00a9es, les mettre en pot avec les condiments choisis.<\/li>\n<li>Couvrir les tomates d`huile d`olive et chasser les bulles d`air des pots avec un<br \/>\ncouteau.<\/li>\n<li>Si vous ne pr\u00c3\u00a9voyez pas les manger rapidement veuillez mettre votre pot au<br \/>\nr\u00c3\u00a9frig\u00c3\u00a9rateur pour les pr\u00c3\u00a9servez plus longtemps.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Savourez!!!<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Cette recette a \u00c3\u00a9t\u00c3\u00a9 adapt\u00c3\u00a9 du livre <em>Manger cru<\/em>.
